Design Notes
The three genes, tesB, phaA and phaB, were concatenated to obtain the T1AB operon using the RBS-10 Ksequence, and the expression of the genes was regulated by the Ptet inducible promoter. (tesB derived from the E. coli K12 and phaA, phaB derived from C. necator H16)
